Exhibitor and Vendor Setup
Both are invited to setup anytime after 1pm on Friday. Show field will be staked off with bailing twine. Please be careful when moving stakes and twine to enter the rows.
Trailers may be parked under the edge of the high tension wires. Area will be marked by orange cones.
Exhibitor Displays
Display and for sale items MUST be related to machinery, tractors, gas engines, antique vehicles, farm items and equipment, farm living, ETC. Canned food sales okay- I.E. Honey and Maple syrup. Local CSA’s are welcome to set up a farmers market booth as well. If you do not meet these requirements, you will politely be asked to leave.
Entrance and Exhibitor Fees
Entrance is FREE! We do not charge for people to enter our show, whether it’s spectators or exhibitors.
Dogs at the Show…
Dogs are welcome at the show, but they must be leashed and well mannered / trained. Folks, we get complaints about overnight dog barking every year. Please be mindful of your dogs.
Food and Meals
For a fee, we have meals served throughout the day. This includes Sat/Sun morning breakfast with coffee, doughnuts and breakfast sandwiches, Saturday lunch and a spaghetti supper Saturday evening.
Spectator Parking
Parking (unless otherwise noted by signage), is located in the field opposite the show on the RH side of the driveway as you pull in. We will have cones and signs to designate parking. Parking is FREE.
Becoming a Member
Please visit our registration table under the main tent. Annual membership dues are $10. You will also find show apparel such as t-shirts, hats and sweatshirts.
